Report Abuse

If you believe that an experience card, comment, user or other activity on iBrenta violates the rules or creates a safety risk, you can report it.

iBrenta is a marketplace for sharing and finding personal experience, knowledge and practical skills. Reports help identify content and activity that should be reviewed.

What you can report

You can report content or activity such as:

prohibited or illegal offers;
fraud, scams or misleading activity;
spam and repeated duplicate postings;
content that impersonates another person;
threats, harassment or abusive behavior;
attempts to obtain passwords, verification codes or other sensitive information;
requests for inappropriate or unlawful payments;
malicious links, malware or attempts to steal account information;
sexual exploitation or sexual services;
content involving the exploitation of minors;
extremist or terrorist recruitment or propaganda;
instructions or offers intended to facilitate serious harm;
publication of another person's private or confidential information;
manipulation of ratings, comments or marketplace interactions;
other violations of the iBrenta Rules of Posting or Trust & Safety guidelines.

What to include in a report

When reporting an issue, provide enough information to identify the problem.

Where possible, include:

the URL of the relevant page;
the name or title of the experience card;
the username or other identifier of the user involved;
a description of what appears to violate the rules;
any relevant details about the interaction.

Do not include passwords, authentication codes, payment card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in a report.

What happens after a report

Reports may be reviewed by iBrenta moderation.

Depending on the circumstances, iBrenta may:

remove or hide prohibited content;
restrict or suspend access to an account;
request additional information;
take other measures necessary to enforce the marketplace rules.

A report does not automatically mean that a violation has occurred. Information is reviewed in context.

False or abusive reports

Do not use the reporting system to harass another user, interfere with legitimate activity or submit knowingly false information.

Repeated misuse of reporting mechanisms may itself result in restrictions on an account.
