Rules of Posting
iBrenta is a marketplace for personal experience and practical knowledge. Users can publish cards describing experience they have personally gained and are willing to share with other people.
By publishing a card, you agree to follow these rules.
1. Publish only your personal experience
A card must be based on your own real experience, knowledge or skills.
You may describe:
- something you personally did or experienced;
- a project you personally completed;
- a skill you personally use;
- a process you personally went through;
- practical knowledge you gained through your own experience;
- mistakes you made and lessons you learned;
- methods and approaches that worked or did not work for you.
Your card should explain what you personally know or have done.
2. Do not present personal experience as professional expertise
iBrenta is not intended to replace licensed professionals or provide professional diagnoses, certifications or official opinions.
Do not present your personal experience as:
- a professional diagnosis;
- a legally binding opinion;
- an official financial recommendation;
- a medical diagnosis or treatment recommendation;
- an official technical assessment;
- a certified professional evaluation;
- a guarantee of a particular result.
You may describe what happened to you and what you personally did. You should not represent your personal experience as an authoritative assessment for another person's specific situation.
For example:
Allowed:
I repaired my own washing machine and can explain what I checked and how I solved the problem.
Not appropriate:
I can professionally diagnose any washing machine problem and guarantee the correct repair.
3. The information must be relevant to the card title
The title and description must accurately describe what you are offering.
Do not use misleading titles designed only to attract searches.
Do not fill a card with unrelated keywords, repeated phrases or information that has nothing to do with the experience being offered.
4. No prohibited content
Cards must not contain content that is illegal, fraudulent, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
The following are not allowed:
- instructions or offers for illegal activities;
- fraud, scams or deceptive schemes;
- stolen goods or services;
- weapons or illegal weapon-related services;
- illegal drugs or trafficking;
- exploitation or sexual services;
- content involving sexual exploitation of minors;
- extremist or terrorist recruitment, support or propaganda;
- instructions for seriously harming another person;
- malware, credential theft or other malicious activity;
- offers intended to facilitate criminal activity.
iBrenta may remove content that violates these rules or applicable law.
5. No spam or advertising disguised as experience
A card must offer genuine personal experience.
Do not use cards primarily for:
- mass advertising;
- spam;
- link building;
- promoting unrelated websites;
- collecting leads;
- distributing referral links;
- repeatedly posting essentially identical offers;
- manipulating search results.
A personal experience card may mention a product, service, company or website when it is genuinely relevant to the experience being described, but the card must not simply be an advertisement for that third party.
6. No copied content
Do not publish text copied from another person's website, article, course, book or other protected material and present it as your own experience.
Describe the experience in your own words.
You are responsible for having the right to publish the content you submit.
7. Do not publish someone else's private information
Do not publish personal or confidential information about other people without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
This includes, for example:
- private telephone numbers;
- private email addresses;
- passwords;
- access credentials;
- financial account information;
- identity documents;
- private correspondence;
- other sensitive personal information.
Describe your experience without unnecessarily exposing another person's private information.
8. One card should describe one clear experience
Each card should have a clear subject.
Do not combine many unrelated experiences into one card simply to attract more searches.
For example, a card about personally restoring a car should describe that experience. It should not simultaneously advertise unrelated computer repair, language lessons and travel services.
9. Up to 10 cards per user
Each user may have up to 10 published or unpublished experience cards.
The limit applies to the total number of cards associated with the account.
If you already have 10 cards, you must edit or remove an existing card before creating another one.
10. Do not create duplicate cards
Do not create several cards describing substantially the same experience merely to occupy more positions in search results.
If you have additional information about the same experience, update the existing card instead of creating another duplicate card.
11. Keep information accurate
Do not deliberately publish false information about your own experience.
You may describe your personal opinion or conclusions, but make it clear that they are based on your own experience.
For example:
In my experience, this method worked better for me.
is different from:
This method always works and is the correct solution for everyone.
12. Respect other people
Do not use cards to harass, threaten, insult or deliberately defame another person.
Personal experience may include criticism of a product, service or experience, but it should be described factually and honestly rather than as an attack on an individual.
13. No manipulation of ratings, comments or interactions
Do not create or use additional accounts to manipulate:
- ratings;
- comments;
- reviews;
- views;
- contacts;
- other engagement metrics.
Do not pay or otherwise incentivize people to create fake interactions intended to manipulate the reputation of a card.
14. Contact and payment information
iBrenta connects people who have relevant experience. Communication and any agreement between users must be handled responsibly by the participants.
Do not use a card to publish sensitive payment credentials, passwords or other confidential information.
Any claims about prices, availability and what you are willing to provide should be accurate.
15. Moderation and removal
iBrenta may remove, hide or restrict a card that violates these rules, applicable law or the intended purpose of the platform.
A card may also be restricted if its content is misleading, duplicated, spam-like, abusive or unrelated to personal experience.
Repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions on the user's ability to publish cards or use the platform.
16. The basic rule
Before publishing a card, ask yourself:
“Is this something I personally know because I have actually experienced or done it?”
If the answer is yes, the experience may be suitable for iBrenta.
If the card is primarily an advertisement, copied information, a professional judgment presented as authoritative advice, or an offer related to prohibited activity, it should not be published.
